  • How long will it take to process my return?
    Please allow up to two weeks from the time your item(s) are mailed back for the return to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your return is complete. If you’re returning items from multiple orders in one package, please initiate a return for each order and include all return packing slips. Missing packing slips may delay the processing by up to an additional week.

  • When can I expect to receive my refund?
    Once you receive an email confirming that your return has been processed, your refund should appear within 3-5 business days.

  • Do you offer price adjustments?
    Yes, we offer a one-time price adjustment on full-priced items within seven days of purchase or the shipping date for mail-order items, provided you have the original receipt. Items purchased at a discount, or orders placed using a coupon or promotion, are not eligible for price adjustments. Unfortunately, previous purchases cannot be retroactively discounted.

  • How can I make an exchange?
    To make an exchange, start the process online. Return shipping for exchanges is free. Exchanges are only available for full-price online purchases of the same item in a different size. All exchanges must meet our standard return eligibility criteria.

  • How do I return items delivered by a Marketplace vendor?
    Items delivered by our Marketplace vendors must be returned directly to them, as we cannot accept them at Coat Craze stores or our distribution center. Follow the return instructions provided with your package, and you will receive an email once the vendor has processed your return and issued a refund.

  • How does the trade-in process work for Coat Craze?
    We’ve partnered with thredUP to allow you to turn your gently used clothing into Coat Craze shopping credit. After dropping off your kit, it may take up to three weeks for delivery to thredUP, with an additional four weeks for processing. For further details, visit our Resale site.

  • Is there a return fee?
    If you use our prepaid return label, a $7.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can mail the item back using your own insured and traceable shipping method.

  • Can I return a Coat Craze item to a Coat Craze Factory store (and vice versa)?
    No, items must be returned to the brand from which they were purchased.

  • How do I request a return label?
    Start the return process online to receive a return label.

  • Can I return my items to a Coat Craze store?
    Yes, online and phone orders shipped to a U.S. address can be returned to any Coat Craze store within the United States.

  • Can I return an in-store purchase by mail?
    Yes, in-store purchases can be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase. Contact us for the appropriate mailing address and be sure to include a copy of your receipt with the return.

  • Can I include multiple orders in one return package?
    Yes, just be sure to initiate a return for each order and include all return packing slips. Missing packing slips may cause up to an additional week of processing time.

  • How do I return a gift?
    To return a gift, bring your gift receipt to any Coat Craze store for a refund, following our return policy. If you are returning a gift by mail, start the return process online.

  • Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
    You may be able to cancel your order shortly after placing it. To check, visit your Order History in your registered account and click “Show Order Details.” If cancellation is not available, you can return or exchange eligible items once the order is delivered.

  • Can I change my shipping address or payment method after placing an order?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the shipping address or payment method once an order has been placed. However, you may check if cancellation is possible through your Order History. If cancellation is unavailable, you can return or exchange eligible items after receiving your order.
